• Delivery is limited to safe, easily accessible homes next to a driveway and to the first floor.
• Customers must provide assistance for difficult hill or mountain access.
• Neil's ACE is not responsible for damage while moving appliances into the home.
• Electrical and plumbing connections must be ready before installation. If not ready, the appliance will be returned and a $40 re-delivery fee will apply.

• Appliances must be placed on a level floor.
• Do not use extension cords for washers or refrigerators.
• Refrigerators and freezers must sit for 4 hours before being plugged in.

Warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, improper installation, fire, flood, power brownouts/blackouts, or other excluded causes. Food loss from refrigerator/freezer failure is not covered. Appliance warranty coverage applies only in Tutuila, American Samoa and does not cover Manu'a, Aunu'u, or Samoa.
